You can explore this welcome page and try the reflection right away. If you already have results, your personal journey provides a place to bring them into reflection. Each external assessment remains the work of its own provider.
Is there a required order or pace?
Begin with the doorway that interests you. Explore one experience, pause, and return when it is useful. Individual courses and workshops may offer a suggested rhythm of their own.
