Experiment with comprehension, recall, transfer, energy, confidence, and belonging before drawing conclusions.
Gifts + Strengths · Discerning Your Integrated Design
Understand how you learn. Build a flexible strategy repertoire. Carry learning into success and service through a source-grounded, experimental journey.
A constellation, not a label
A learning style is treated here as a current pattern of preference, energy, attention, processing, and expression. Your constellation can include several modes, the conditions surrounding a task, your strengths and gifts, experience, access needs, and the season you are living.

The participant journey
Name leading and emerging modes as working hypotheses shaped by task, season, and evidence.
Record the pace, structure, social, sensory, feedback, meaning, emotional, and access conditions that support learning.
Choose how you will prepare, receive, process, retrieve, express and transfer, and recover.
Bring Gifts + Strengths, learned capacities, experience, vocation, relationships, access, and season into one joined reading.
Define a meaningful goal, evidence, community served, experiments, weekly rhythm, and accountability.
Preparation and access
Participants receive accessible materials, complete a 32-item self-inventory, enter the eight-mode experimental learning laboratory, and may bring an instrument, art, fiber, clay, building materials, journaling, or another meaningful way of creating through BYOC. Shared materials remain available.
Workshop rhythm
Covenant, Head–Heart–Hand, learning story, 32-item inventory, working hypotheses, and retrieval.
Eight-mode recall, the South Shore Seed Project laboratory, evidence interpretation, and a between-session experiment.
Evidence story, Gifts + Strengths overlay, context and season, Strategy Stack, peer mirror, and BYOC preparation.
Accessible arrival, common baseline, eight-mode laboratory, five-output integration, peer blessing, and commissioning.

Responsible launch
Run the virtual and in-person sequence with a small, strong-fit group and preserve participant agency.
Review access, timing, inventory clarity, laboratory usefulness, cohesion, and follow-through before public launch.
Activate an in-person cohort at 12–15 local expressions of interest, or earlier with a smaller strong-fit cohort.
Follow-through
The completion date opens an immediate evaluation, facilitator review, and private 30-day and 90-day reflections. Participants may edit or withdraw reminder preferences connected to the daily Process Q45 Workshop Milestones workflow and the weekly Q45 Journey and Workshop Review. Accessible materials from the governing package are incorporated throughout the participant journey.
This experience helps people hear with humility, discern through Scripture and wise Christian community, respond faithfully, and develop gifts that serve people and honor God.
