Participant Terms and Conditions
Prophetic Word Journey · Version 1.0 · October 8, 2026 · Draft for Legal Review
1. Welcome and purpose
This program helps individuals thoughtfully receive, record, reflect upon, and explore prophetic words shared within a Christian spiritual context. Participants may choose a One Day, One Week, One Month, or One Year Journey. Activities include Scripture study, prayer, personal reflection, journaling, spiritual discernment, and voluntary sharing of selected journal entries with Dr. Sherry-Ann Brown, Prophetic Missionary. Participation is voluntary. Individuals retain responsibility for personal decisions and responses.
2. Understanding prophetic words
A prophetic word is a message that the individual sharing it believes may have spiritual significance or may have been inspired by God. Participants are encouraged to evaluate messages prayerfully, study Scripture in context, seek wise counsel, and consider relevant facts. Prophetic messages, interpretations, impressions, and anticipated outcomes involve matters of religious belief, discernment, and personal experience. The program makes no promise that any particular future event, personal outcome, spiritual experience, or interpretation will occur. Participants may consider 1 Thessalonians 5:19–21, 1 John 4:1, and 1 Corinthians 14:3.
3. Voluntary participation
Participants may select or change journey duration, complete activities at their preferred pace, skip optional questions and prayers, seek counsel, pause or discontinue participation, choose whether to share journals, and request support with account or privacy settings. Participation does not require agreement with any interpretation, donations, purchases, organizational membership, or continued guidance.
4. Spiritual guidance and personal decision making
The program offers Christian spiritual encouragement, education, and reflection. Participants retain responsibility for decisions involving relationships, marriage, family, employment, relocation, finances, education, and other matters. Spiritual reflections should be thoughtfully considered alongside appropriate evidence and professional expertise. Qualified professional support may be appropriate for medical care, mental health, legal matters, finances, or safety.
5. Professional services and spiritual ministry
Dr. Sherry-Ann Brown may participate as a Prophetic Missionary. Within this program she provides spiritual ministry related to religious reflection and discernment. Participation, submission of journals, or spiritual communication does not independently establish a physician patient relationship, clinical consultation, psychotherapy relationship, legal advisory relationship, or other regulated professional engagement. Separately established professional relationships remain governed by their own agreements and legal duties. Spiritual participation does not replace emergency services or appropriate professional care.
6. Journaling and participant responsibility
Participants may record reflections, prayers, impressions, questions, and descriptions of events. Participants agree to submit information honestly, respectfully, and with consideration for the privacy and rights of others. Personal journal entries reflect the viewpoint of their author. Receipt of an entry is not verification of its factual statements.
7. Optional sharing with Dr. Sherry-Ann Brown
Participants may voluntarily share one entry, multiple selected entries, a most recent reflection, an approved growth summary, or the current complete journal. A preview will show exactly what is selected. Each sharing action requires affirmative authorization. Sharing does not authorize public disclosure, publication, testimonial use, teaching examples, promotional use, or sharing with other participants; those uses require separate specific consent. Requests for prayer or response are optional, and personal responses are subject to availability and appropriate boundaries.
8. Confidentiality and privacy
Personal journals may contain sensitive information. Journal handling will follow the accompanying Privacy Notice, applicable law, and selected permissions. Access to submitted content will be limited to appropriately authorized persons and service providers supporting program functions. Participants will receive information about collection, use, sharing, retention, and deletion, including legally required or permitted exceptions to confidentiality.
9. Notifications and communications
Participants may select duration and available reminder frequency. Messages may include reflection prompts, Scripture readings, milestone reviews, and notices about submissions or responses. Participants may change preferences or discontinue optional messages. Any email or text messaging service will follow applicable consent requirements.
10. Respectful participation
Participants agree to treat others with dignity. Threats, harassment, intimidation, impersonation, unlawful disclosure, and unauthorized use of another person's information are prohibited. Access may be restricted for serious or repeated violations in accordance with applicable law and documented procedures. Available rights to access eligible personal records will remain available.
11. Age and eligibility
The standard program is intended for adults 18 and older. Participation by minors requires a separately approved youth framework, applicable parental or guardian authorization, and age appropriate safeguards.
12. Financial terms
Optional paid offerings will disclose prices, fees, payment arrangements, and refund terms before purchase. Spiritual encouragement and prophetic discernment will not be conditioned upon donations, gifts, purchases, or payment for spiritual outcomes.
13. Program changes
Program content, activities, and technical features may evolve. Material contractual changes and changes to data sharing practices or participant rights will be communicated as legally appropriate. Additional consent will be collected where required.
14. Applicable law and participant rights
The agreement is intended to operate consistently with applicable United States law and other governing participant protections. Mandatory consumer, privacy, and legal rights and remedies remain available. Governing law, dispute procedures, and formal notice provisions will be established after identifying the responsible operating legal entity.
15. Acceptance
By affirmatively accepting published Terms, the participant confirms an opportunity to read the Terms and Privacy Notice and understands the voluntary nature of the program. Sharing authorizations are optional and separate. An operational service will retain appropriate records of document version, acceptance time, and specific consent actions.
Indemnification and Liability Terms
Prophetic Word Journey · Version 1.0 · October 8, 2026 · Draft for Legal Review
1. Voluntary spiritual participation
The participant acknowledges that this program offers religious education, prayer, journaling, reflection, and optional ministry communication, and freely chooses how to engage. Religious beliefs and prophetic interpretations may vary. Decisions after receiving spiritual information should be considered in light of Scripture, circumstances, reliable evidence, and suitable professional advice.
2. Individual decision making
Each participant retains responsibility for independent decisions and actions involving finances, employment, business, relocation, family, medical treatment, and other major matters. The participant agrees to exercise reasonable care and seek suitable professional assistance when appropriate. Nothing here diminishes duties of care independently imposed by applicable law.
3. Limited participant indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, the participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the legally identified Program Operator and its directors, officers, employees, and authorized representatives, including Dr. Sherry-Ann Brown when acting within the scope of authorized program activities, against third party claims, direct losses, and reasonable legal expenses to the extent arising from the participant's covered conduct:
- Intentional unlawful conduct connected with the program.
- Knowing submission or distribution of material infringing another person's intellectual property or legally protected privacy rights.
- Unauthorized disclosure or distribution of another person's confidential journal information obtained through the program.
- Fraudulent impersonation, malicious misuse of program systems, or intentional interference with another person's lawful access.
- A material breach of the Terms directly causing legally compensable third party injury.
Indemnification applies only to the extent legally attributable to the participant's covered conduct. It does not require indemnification for another party's negligence, gross negligence, recklessness, intentional misconduct, unlawful acts, or liability that cannot lawfully be transferred.
4. Notice and defense
If indemnification is requested, the participant will receive reasonably prompt written notice describing the claim and alleged conduct. They will have a reasonable opportunity to respond and participate in the defense, subject to applicable law. Settlement imposing wrongdoing admissions, nonmonetary obligations, or additional responsibility on the participant requires written consent. Recoverable defense expenses are limited to what applicable law and the indemnity obligation permit.
5. Spiritual and personal outcomes
The Program Operator and ministry representatives make no contractual guarantee concerning spiritual revelation, prophetic fulfillment, personal, marital, professional, or financial outcomes, illness recovery, timelines, or definitive interpretations.
6. Availability and technical services
The Program Operator will use reasonable measures to provide reliable access and safeguard participant information. Maintenance and interruptions may occur. Any limitation of liability concerning technical interruption remains subject to applicable law, contractual representations, and the conduct of responsible parties.
7. Privacy and data security
The Program Operator retains its applicable privacy, security, confidentiality, and contractual duties. Participants should safeguard login credentials and exercise care with personal devices and communication channels. Participant indemnification does not transfer the Program Operator's obligations to participants.
8. Excluded misconduct and preserved remedies
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law, including where applicable for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, reckless misconduct, gross negligence, or other protected claims. Available statutory remedies and consumer rights remain effective.
9. Separate professional obligations
Any independently established physician patient relationship, regulated professional engagement, or separately contracted professional service remains governed by applicable standards, laws, and agreements. These spiritual program provisions do not alter such duties.
10. Severability
If a competent court finds a particular provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent legally permissible and consistent with the agreement.
11. Interpretation
These provisions are interpreted under applicable governing law following confirmation of the operating entity and approved contractual jurisdiction. All nonwaivable rights remain available.
Journal Privacy and Voluntary Sharing Authorization
Prophetic Word Journey · Version 1.0 · October 8, 2026 · Draft for Legal Review
Your journal belongs to you
Your spiritual journal is a personal place to write prayers, questions, feelings, and reflections. You may keep it private or choose what to share with Dr. Sherry-Ann Brown, Prophetic Missionary.
Your sharing choices
Choose one entry, several entries, your latest reflection, an approved growth summary, or your entire existing journal. Prayer requests and requests for responses are optional.
What permission means
When you authorize sharing, you give permission for Dr. Sherry-Ann Brown, Prophetic Missionary, to access and read the content selected for spiritual reflection, prayer, encouragement, and responding if appropriate. This permission does not include publication, promotion, testimonials, public identification, or other participant disclosure. Separate, specific consent is required for any of those uses.
Confidentiality
Information will be accessible only to those authorized under the published Privacy Notice and your consent. Necessary technology providers may process records under appropriate arrangements. Legally required or permitted disclosure exceptions are governed by applicable law and should be explained in the published Privacy Notice.
Changing your mind
You may stop ongoing permissions and request an end to authorized future access to previously shared content, subject to retention requirements and law. Revocation affects future use within its scope and cannot reverse access or disclosures already lawfully completed.
Your words remain yours
You retain ownership of original journal content you create, subject to applicable law. The Program Operator receives a limited permission to securely store, process, display, and transmit the content solely as needed to provide the services and sharing features you select. Original authorship remains with you.
Spiritual care boundaries
Prayer and spiritual guidance requests are voluntary ministry communications. Sending a journal does not create a medical consultation or guarantee a response. Seek appropriate emergency services when immediate assistance is needed.
Separate consent
Sharing journal entries requires a separate affirmative choice. Participation remains available with a private journal.
Privacy implementation details
A deployed program Privacy Notice should identify the legally responsible operator, data collection categories, service providers, transfer and retention practices, security measures, participant rights, consent revocation, applicable disclosures, and privacy contact process. This standalone HTML keeps entries in memory during the visit; optionally encrypted device storage uses a participant chosen passphrase. Journal packet generation itself initiates no network transmission.
