Learn the place, hear its histories, read the evidence, and name what is actually being asked of us.

Understand deeply. Belong fully. Act faithfully. This living ninety-day pathway turns local learning into a faithful regional contribution.
See the practice
Continue from the original community-field visual into the South Shore workshop overview. The film introduces the Head, Heart, and Hand pattern that grounds this ninety-day pathway.
The shared practice
This work treats learning, relationship, and service as one integrated practice. Head gives direction. Heart gives covenant. Hand gives evidence. Each movement strengthens the other two, and every participant leaves evidence of what was learned, whom it served, and what should be refined.
Learn the place, hear its histories, read the evidence, and name what is actually being asked of us.
Receive people as neighbors, protect dignity, deepen relationship, and let purpose grow from love.
Translate insight and care into useful experiments, shared work, and accountable next steps.
A regional pattern
The geography is also a method: begin where trust can be tended, connect what belongs together, and widen the work as evidence and relationship support it. South Shore is treated as Tampa Bay in miniature: Ruskin, Apollo Beach, Gibsonton, Wimauma, Sun City Center, southern Riverview, Balm, and the Alafia–Little Manatee corridor. The work joins prophetic formation with the governmental, business, and healthcare-education spheres of contribution.
Begin close enough to listen carefully, learn visibly, and test practices with real relationships.
Connect neighborhoods, congregations, healthcare, schools, enterprise, and civic life around shared service.
Carry what proves faithful into wider partnerships while preserving local voice and context.
What each participant carries forward
Three virtual sessions can prepare the work, and an in-person culmination can gather a strong-fit local cohort when relationship, invitation, and readiness support it.
A clear view of the ways a participant learns, retrieves, connects, and teaches.
The relationships, rhythms, environments, supports, and boundaries that help good work endure.
A field action with a partner, boundary, measure, owner, and review date.
A joined reading of gifts, strengths, learning, formation, context, and contribution.
One meaningful goal, evidence of movement, a community served, and a stewardship rhythm.
The ninety-day living record
Day One begins when a participant activates a plan. Milestones then open on the participant pathway, weekly stewardship prompts gather evidence, and public updates share permissioned, deidentified movement from the field.
