Recognize
Notice the gifts, strengths, and learning already present in your life.

Why we gather
Helping people bring faith, gifts, strengths, and lived experience into purposeful service.
The movement
Notice the gifts, strengths, and learning already present in your life.
Develop through reflection, practice, and thoughtful relationships.
Offer something useful in response to a real need.
Listen to feedback. Notice the fruit. Choose the next faithful step.
What shapes the experience
Scripture, prayer, spiritual gifts, and thoughtful discernment inform our formation experiences. We read Scripture in context and identify personal interpretation and impressions as such.
Participants choose their pace, next steps, and what they share. Each conversation begins with what would be useful to the person taking part.
Learning becomes concrete through small actions, real feedback, and reflection. We describe observed results accurately and make room for learning and revision.
Gifts and strengths become useful through service. We listen to people and communities, develop capacity with care, and seek practical benefit for others.
