Convergence Q45 · Partnership and generosity · 2026–2027
Help people recognize what they carry, develop what they have been given, and bring their gifts into meaningful service.
Christian formation. Strengths discovery. Leadership. Purposeful service.
A door opened through generosity
A thoughtful question can help a person recognize a strength. Shared learning can turn that recognition into a practical next step. A community gains something precious when people discover how their abilities, experience, and faith can serve others.
Convergence Q45 invites individuals, families, churches, businesses, and philanthropic institutions to help make that learning accessible through educational resources, workshops, leadership development, and community engagement.

Local roots · A growing horizon
The December 12, 2026 When Gifts and Strengths Converge workshop in Ruskin, Florida offers a concrete starting point for local partnership. Support interests include participant access, educational resources, hospitality, and workshop delivery.
The broader 2027 program is developing through community relationships, workshops, and learning opportunities. The proposed Military Family Strengths and Resilience initiative offers an additional project for thoughtful development and eligibility review.

Generosity carried with care
Written proposals identify the intended program, budget, participant support, delivery plan, and any agreed funding restrictions.
Before a contribution, request written confirmation of the authorized legal recipient, approved purpose, giving instructions, applicable tax treatment, and any sponsorship benefits.
Program reporting is intended to document actual participation, scholarships funded, learning outcomes, follow-up engagement, participant feedback, and the use of funds.
Current pathway: request information or register a partnership interest. Proposed giving amounts are discussion starting points; costs and deliverables receive program budget confirmation. Charitable giving arrangements receive written confirmation before funds are accepted.
Questions that help a partnership grow
Convergence Q45 is rooted in Christian faith. Christian formation, spiritual gifts, reflection, and purposeful service shape its mission. Program descriptions will identify the faith content and participation expectations so each supporter can assess alignment with their own values and giving guidelines.
