Let the week begin with attention

On the first day, observe a familiar setting and ask what practical help would be useful. On the second day, read Romans 12:3–8 slowly and record one observation. Connect the biblical teaching with the real people and responsibilities in front of you.

Move from intention to an agreed action

On the third day, offer one specific contribution within your capacity. Agree on the task and timing. On the fourth day, invite a trusted person to identify what was useful. Receive their perspective with care and record a concrete example.

Learn from the experience

On the fifth day, separate observation from interpretation. Write what happened before writing the meaning you draw from it. In a fictional volunteer example, a new welcome guide helped one person find the correct room. That observation can support an adjustment to the guide and further learning at the next gathering.

Continue with a healthy rhythm

On the sixth day, review your energy, rest, time, and support. On the seventh day, select one contribution to continue and one change to make. Choose a review date. The academy companion provides a daily reflection page and account saving for each stage.
