Describe your gift in your own words

Begin with a gift you are prayerfully exploring and a biblical passage you are studying in context. Describe a real experience that brought the gift to your attention. A personal map can develop as your learning and community feedback grow.

Connect your lived strengths

Add one strength you have practiced in a real situation. Explain what you did and how it helped. If you choose to bring a personal assessment result into your private learning, keep its source and date with it and write your reflection in your own words.

Begin with a need recognized by the community

Identify the people or setting you hope to serve and ask what contribution would be useful. In a fictional community project, an organizer and an encouraging listener help newcomers find the right resources. Their contribution follows an identified need, agreed responsibilities, and a simple feedback process.

Name the first faithful move

Choose one action for the next seven days. Record permission, resources, and a review date. Then describe the observable sign that will help you judge whether the contribution served its purpose. Carry this into a four week plan with listening, action, feedback, and review.

Common questions

How should I choose the next step?
