Begin with one purposeful contribution
Name the action you are carrying forward from your Personal Convergence Map or 30-Day Stewardship Plan. Record who it serves, the responsibility you have agreed to, and the resources it requires. Add a brief note about the gift, strength, or lived experience you are exploring through the contribution. This starting point gives your later reflections a clear context.
Keep a simple record of experience
For each meaningful action, note the date, what you did, and what response you observed. Include relevant feedback in the person’s own meaning, with permission when personal details are involved. Add a question or observation about your own learning. A short, regular entry can be easier to revisit than a long account written much later. Choose a rhythm that fits the activity.
Review at 30 and 60 days
At each review, look for recurring needs, useful practices, and areas where more preparation would help. Consider whether the scope still fits your capacity and the people receiving the contribution. Bring your reflection into prayer and trusted conversation as appropriate. You might continue the action, make a small adjustment, or invite someone whose contribution complements your own.
Look across the full 90 days
Read the record from beginning to end. Identify completed contributions, changes in understanding, feedback you acted on, and questions that remain open. Notice the help and participation of others. Keep observable developments separate from your interpretation of what they mean. In a Christian journey of discernment, this record can accompany prayer, Scripture, and conversation as you consider how to steward what God has entrusted to you.
Choose the next season with care
Write a short reflection on what you wish to carry forward. Name one useful practice, one area for further learning, and one next step that fits your present responsibilities. Return these insights to your Personal Convergence Map. Convergence Q45’s continuing journey gives discovery a practical rhythm: attending to experience, contributing with care, reflecting on what develops, and making room for further growth.
A practice to begin today
Create five headings in your journal: Date, Contribution, Observed response, Learning, and Next question. Add one entry today and choose dates for your 30, 60, and 90 day reviews.
Common questions
Do I need to write every day?
Choose a rhythm that fits your contribution. Record meaningful actions and observations often enough that you can recall their context accurately.
What if the record shows mixed experiences?
Include what was useful, what required adjustment, and what remains uncertain. A complete learning record makes room for that range of experience.
Put the guide into practice
Continue in your learning record.
Open the related workspace, explore an example, and record what you notice. Your entries can grow before, during, and after the workshop.
