Choose a question for your current season
Preparation begins with a question that matters now. You might be considering how to serve in a neighborhood, communicate with a team, or use a developing ability. Write the situation in a few sentences. Name who is affected and what you want to understand. A specific question makes it easier to choose a digital station and recognize a useful connection during discussion.
Gather results with their original context
If you already have results from a gifts, strengths, or personality assessment, bring the provider name, assessment date, original labels, and any scores. A brief example from your life can help the table understand why a label feels meaningful or surprising. In the Q45 learning lab, enter each source as its own record. Your draft fields save with your connected learning record as you prepare.
Visit one digital station before the gathering
Each learning station offers a question, a short lesson, an activity, a reflection, and a learning check. Read one station slowly. Open its example if you would like a fictional situation to think through. Write what you notice and a question you could discuss. You can choose different stations as your learning develops; the progress dashboard helps you return to the workspace you want.
Plan how you will participate
Bring the phone, tablet, or computer you expect to use. Open the learning lab and check its saving status. Signing in connects your record to your account for returning across devices. Decide which observation you would like to share aloud. During the workshop, begin with that observation, listen to another perspective, and use the saved notes to continue the conversation afterward.
Common questions
Can I prepare with a phone?
Yes. Open the learning lab, choose a station, and write a short reflection. Check the saving status before leaving the page.
What is a useful first question?
Try: What contribution could I offer in this season, and whose perspective would help me understand the need?
Put the guide into practice
Continue in your learning record.
Open the related workspace, explore an example, and record what you notice. Your entries can grow before, during, and after the workshop.
