Original luminous rose and gold pathways meeting at a bright horizon.

The vision your gift advances

Help people discover what they carry and bring it into service.

A welcoming encounter can become a moment of discovery, a family conversation, a shared learning experience, and a practical contribution to community life.

The future we are building

We envision people recognizing their gifts, strengths, lived experience, and capacity to serve; families encouraging those contributions; and groups bringing complementary abilities together around community needs. Christian formation, reflection, and practical learning connect discovery with faithful action.

Reach people where community already gathers

The proposed outreach pathway brings a portable Q45 experience into suitable community events, church gatherings, family programs, and partner spaces. Each setting receives a defined audience, host agreement, accessible layout, staffed activity, invitation to continue, and delivery budget.

Give an encounter somewhere to grow

A visitor can explore a short original reflection, take home a conversation card, discover a workshop, or request information by email. A family can try a shared contribution activity. A group can explore a facilitated session and a practical service opportunity. Participation and follow-up reflect each person’s choice.

Connect the vision with the budget

Proposed uses include reusable booth displays, banners, original learning materials, accessible digital resources, captioned demonstrations, venue and exhibit fees, delivery personnel, transport, storage, and evaluation. Each funded activity requires an approved charitable program purpose, supported costs, and terms consistent with the accepted gift and receiving organization.

Follow progress with care

Updates connect spending with actual events delivered, meaningful conversations, resources taken, optional follow-up requests, subsequent participation, and participant feedback. Each report states its period, method, and limitations. Longer term stories describe observed development with permission.

Shape a suitable contribution

Ask for a current program brief, itemized budget, responsible recipient, delivery window, restrictions, and reporting plan. You may explore unrestricted support, a defined outreach activity, a reusable resource, or an in kind offer. The team confirms current acceptance and giving arrangements in writing.

Put the outreach vision into practice

Explore exhibit formats, activities for individuals and families, volunteer preparation, the budget planner and a printable field guide.
