Preparing to serve

RUSKIN, Florida — Carmalita will represent Convergence Q45 at the Ruskin Seafood Festival volunteer preparation gathering on Wednesday, November 4, as she prepares to serve at the upcoming community festival.

The Greater SouthShore Chamber of Commerce lists its Preparation Pizza Party for 6 to 7 p.m. at the Firehouse Cultural Center, 101 1st Avenue NE, Ruskin. The gathering will cover festival details and weekend preparation, with volunteer shirts available as part of the preparations.

For Convergence Q45, this step connects the willingness to serve with the practical preparation that helps a community event come together. Carmalita will attend ahead of her planned volunteer participation at the festival later in November.

The 36th Annual Ruskin Seafood Festival takes place November 14 and 15 at E.G. Simmons Park in Ruskin. Convergence Q45 looks forward to joining neighbors in service and contributing to a welcoming community occasion.
