Versions and scoring

Full form: CQ45-PCP-F45-v1.0. Short form: CQ45-PCP-SF15-pilot-1.0. Both use responses from 0 to 4 and display descriptive scores from 0 to 100. The canonical professional families are Sensemaking, Mobilization, Delivery, and Relational Practice.

A full pattern score is the mean of its answered items multiplied by 25. The scoring engine requires at least two of three items per pattern and every pattern in a family before displaying that family score. The public full form workflow requests all 45 responses for a complete comparison. The short workflow requires all 15 responses. Family scores average their member pattern scores; tied scores retain equal ranks.

Item wording and the 0–4 range come from the original bank. Frequency labels, selection of the first item, the minimum response rule, family completeness, and tie handling are documented release choices. These pilot rules support educational reflection while participant based validation proceeds.

The earlier CQ45-SF15 cross domain development specification covers Professional Contribution, Expression Orientation, and Spiritual Service. Its source lineage remains recorded separately from this professional F45–SF15 pair.

Comparative synthetic profile tests

109 assertions passed across 13 deterministic profiles, including 16 invalid input rejections. Tests cover low, midpoint and high answers; family differences; leading patterns; ties; missingness; and disagreement among the three questions within a pattern.

Uniform answers within each pattern produce matching full and short scores. When the two omitted responses strongly differ from the selected response, the tests show differences as large as 66.67 points and changes in ranking. These results demonstrate the information carried by the additional questions. Reliability and empirical full–short agreement require participant data.

The comparison shown after the full questionnaire selects the 15 responses from the same sitting. Independent administrations remain a separate evaluation.
