Day 1 of 30
Attention
Psalm 46:10Read Scripture
World English Bible
10 “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted on the earth.”
A faithful practice
Pause, breathe naturally, and attend to God. Name the responsibility before you and ask for a settled attention.
Make room for a quiet response
Read the passage slowly. Notice a phrase that holds your attention. Consider how the practice fits the responsibility and relationships of this day.
Bring your response into prayer. Choose one feasible action. Return later to notice what you learned.
