Place before program
Regional history, gifts, pressures, relationships, permissions, and a personal listening covenant.
Schedules · formats · follow-through
The schedule is ready for customization after the host, audience, location, accessibility, safeguarding, facilitator team, and date are confirmed. It does not represent a currently scheduled public event.
Recommended core format
Arrival and closing times can shift while the learning sequence remains intact.
Six-session cohort
Regional history, gifts, pressures, relationships, permissions, and a personal listening covenant.
Calling, vocation, location, people served, primary focus, secondary reach, and healthy limits.
Evidence, empathy, spiritual attention, practical service, and the discipline of proportion.
Scripture, counsel, facts, consent, timing, uncertainty, accountability, and fruit.
Healthcare and education, entrepreneurship and business, government and civic life, and cross-sector referral.
Service-experiment review, testimony permissions, thirty–sixty–ninety-day stewardship, and future South Shore connection.
Planning cadence
Confirm the host, audience, format, capacity, facilitators, venue or virtual platform, accessibility, safeguarding, emergency plan, and decision authority.
Issue the invitation; collect minimum registration information; request accommodations; begin the source, place, and partner brief.
Finalize table groups, facilitator briefing, materials, participant communication, prayer support, technology, food, transportation notes, and referral information.
Run the facilitation simulation; confirm supplies, signs, captions or microphones, quiet space, emergency contacts, timing, and consent language.
Use the approved run of show, protect voluntary participation, document only agreed outputs, and record concerns for prompt review.
Send resources, corrections, accessibility follow-up, and the next-decision date; do not publish participant stories without specific permission.
Review actions, relationships, fruit, unintended effects, stalled commitments, and support needs.
Decide what to continue, adapt, stop, document, or carry into the wider missional journey.
