READ THE SOURCE · KEEP THE MEANING CLEAR
What supports this learning experience?
Your assessment report, your lived experience, and an original learning exercise each offer a different kind of information. Keeping their origins visible helps you use each thoughtfully.
Three origins in your journey
- Reported assessment result: a label or score you supply from your own report. Retain its provider, product, assessment date, and profile link.
- Participant reflection: an observation you record from an actual experience. Its meaning belongs to you and may develop as you gain experience.
- Original Convergence Q45 interpretation: an educational prompt, scenario, or practice developed for this program. Record the evidence you notice when you apply it.

Open the official sourceUse the constellation as a reflection tool
A connection records a relationship you choose to explore. These connections carry your explanation, supporting experience, and intended application. The constellation provides an educational visual record; it has no validated combined assessment score. A connection across providers preserves each original source and its own meaning.
When a research page has limited access
Publisher access may depend on a subscription or institutional account. The source summaries here remain available, and official provider links lead to their own explanations. Use your report and accessible original documentation to assess a specific claim. A provider overview and an individual lived observation support different conclusions.
Reflect, observe, return
Choose one small action and a setting. Record what happened, seek relevant feedback, and return after seven days. A single experiment offers a starting observation; repeated experience can help you judge which practices support your work, relationships, leadership, and service.
