- Clear the play area of furniture, cords, pets, and other obstacles.
- Use the headset boundary system and secure controllers as directed.
- Choose seated, standing, or room scale participation according to your capacity.
- Pause for pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, faintness, nausea, visual discomfort, or loss of balance.
- Follow the device and application instructions, age guidance, and accessibility settings.
- Seek individualized medical guidance when a health condition, symptom, pregnancy, medication, disability, or recent procedure may affect exercise safety.
Convergence Q45 gatherings provide faith based community, general education, and voluntary movement companionship. They do not provide medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, emergency monitoring, or individualized exercise prescription. Participants choose their own activity and remain responsible for their surroundings, equipment, accounts, health decisions, and emergency planning.
