A spiritual-gifts result can create language for reflection, yet usefulness develops through what follows. Outcome review asks whether participants gain clarity, enter proportionate practice, receive grounded feedback, serve people well, and mature in stewardship.
Measure participant understanding
Ask whether the participant understands the gift definitions, five evidence dimensions, score interpretation, limits of the assessment, and appropriate next steps. Clear understanding reduces overclaiming and supports thoughtful conversation.

Measure burden and unintended effects
Useful tools also examine fatigue, confusion, disappointment, role pressure, dependency, boundary strain, privacy concerns, and harm. These outcomes guide revisions to wording, facilitation, safeguards, and result language.
Return learning to the people served
Share understandable summaries of what participants collectively taught the program. Explain improvements, preserve privacy, acknowledge uncertainty, and invite continued feedback. A learning cycle becomes trustworthy when participant contribution leads to visible care.
