By registering
By registering for this event, you agree to these terms as a registrant and attendee. These terms cover your participation in the “When Gifts and Strengths Converge” workshop.
1. Event details
The workshop is hosted by The Convergence Quotient 45 Mission, Inc. (“Convergence Q45”) at Ybor Grille Southshore, 339 19th Ave NE, Ruskin, Florida 33570, on Saturday, December 12, 2026, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
2. Admission and food
Your admission is free. You do not have to buy food or anything else to attend. If you choose to buy food or drinks, you will buy them directly from Ybor Grille. Ybor Grille will show taxes and gratuities separately. The event has no room charge or minimum spend. The event does not promise that any specific number of people will attend.
3. Event services
Convergence Q45 provides the workshop, registration, and electronic resources. For this gathering, Ybor Grille Southshore provides the event space, set-up access, its event menu, and use of available electrical outlets during the workshop at no added charge. Ybor Grille provides its own food service and staff and handles its food safety and applicable tax requirements. Its staff handle food and drinks. Each person and organization remains responsible for its own actions and legal duties.
4. Your conduct
You are responsible for your own behavior and personal actions at the event. Neither Convergence Q45 nor Ybor Grille is responsible for your actions solely because you attend. You agree to follow the law and reasonable safety directions from event and venue staff.
5. Event materials and names
The owners keep ownership of their own program materials. You may use event materials only for your personal participation. The names of Convergence Q45 and Ybor Grille are used for this event; the event does not create a broader endorsement.
6. Your responsibility for claims you cause
If your negligent or intentional wrongful conduct at the event causes a third-party claim for bodily injury or damage to tangible property, you agree to reimburse The Convergence Quotient 45 Mission, Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, and event volunteers (“Protected Parties”) for the amounts assigned to your conduct by a final judgment or by a settlement you approve in writing. This may include reasonable documented legal costs assigned to your conduct. You are not responsible for any part of a claim caused by a Protected Party. This section does not require you to defend a Protected Party or to reimburse a Protected Party for its own negligence.
7. Dispute resolution
This section applies to disputes between you and Convergence Q45 about this agreement or your participation in the event.
First, you and Convergence Q45 will try to work out the dispute in good faith. You may send written notice through the Contact page. Convergence Q45 may send written notice to the email address you provided during registration. You and Convergence Q45 will try to resolve the dispute for 30 days after notice.
If the dispute is not resolved, either party may ask the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) to provide mediation under its Consumer Mediation Procedures. The mediator helps the parties discuss a solution but does not decide the dispute. A settlement is binding only when the parties agree to it in writing. If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days after the mediation request, either party may start binding arbitration with the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and fee schedule. Convergence Q45 will pay AAA administrative fees and mediator or arbitrator compensation for this process.
Either party may take its own individual claim to small claims court instead of arbitration if the claim is within that court’s authority. If a claim has already been filed with the AAA, requests to proceed in small claims court are handled under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rule R-9.
For disputes that must be arbitrated, you and Convergence Q45 waive a court or jury trial on the merits. This does not prevent a court from deciding whether an arbitration agreement exists or applies, ordering or pausing arbitration, granting temporary relief allowed by law, or confirming, changing, or setting aside an arbitration award as allowed by law. A claim that cannot legally be arbitrated may be brought in court. If the AAA will not administer a dispute, either party may bring that dispute in a court with authority over it unless the parties agree in writing to another arbitration provider.
8. Your acceptance
You accept this agreement by checking the required event-terms box during registration. Any changed version will be presented to you for acceptance when required by law.
This attendee agreement does not replace the website Privacy Policy or the separate registration data-use notice.
