The Measure of Listening

Score readiness from converging evidence, not from one quiz total.

An authorized trained evaluator performs this practicum-readiness review. The book supplies the evidence architecture and readiness gates. Because it does not prescribe numerical weights for the case average, observed practice, and capstone, Convergence Q45 uses the transparent equal-weight operational default below. This operationalization can be reviewed and versioned; it is not a spiritual score.

Seven domain scores are paired with seven binary safeguarding requirements that must all be demonstrated.

Final domain score = (case average + observed-practice average + capstone score) ÷ 3

Overall score = the mean of the seven final domain scores

Carry full precision through calculation and display two decimals. A missing required score is incomplete, not zero.

The five-dimension 0–4 method self-check, maximum 20, remains a separate learning rubric. It is never converted into the seven-domain readiness calculation.

Make room for illumination, correction, restraint, and peace.

Prayerful listening belongs inside disciplined discernment. Receive attentively, write plainly, and test what emerges without forcing certainty.

Settle urgency. Read the dream or selected material slowly. Ask for clean light, humility, and freedom from performance.

Name the interpretation you most want to be true. Offer it to God and reopen the evidence.

Allow the faithful outcome to be waiting, privacy, preparation, qualified support, or a smaller response.

Holy Spirit, give clean light. Reveal what serves truth, love, holiness, wisdom, courage, repentance, peace, and faithful stewardship. Correct what is distorted. Restrain what is premature. Let the seven witnesses test what emerges. Keep verified facts, material counterevidence, and confidence by claim visible alongside that review.

Pastoral and interpretive safeguards

Depth grows within dignity, consent, privacy, and appropriate care.

This resource supports formation and reflection. It does not establish guilt, diagnosis, authority, or permission for coercive or irreversible action.

Dream sharing remains voluntary, and the dreamer may stop, pause, or decline discussion.
The dreamer owns the private journal. There is no in-app journal sharing; the dreamer decides whether to export material outside the Site, subject to other people’s privacy and confidentiality.
Use trauma-aware pacing, confidentiality, consent-led testimony, and qualified referral pathways.
Preserve agency through provisional language and proportionate, reversible application.
A dream does not diagnose a condition, establish guilt, authorize coercion, or replace qualified care.
Major, irreversible decisions require Scripture, verified facts, wisdom, accountable counsel, and time beyond the dream alone.
Training cases use wholly original fictional dreams, characters, settings, symbolic sequences, language, and narrative developments.

Completion means more than reaching the final page. Gather evidence of disciplined method, humility, safeguarding, response, and later fruit.
