All gatherings · Facilitation rhythm
Begin in connection
Share your name, one hope for this session, and the level of participation that feels comfortable today. Take a quiet moment if that serves your learning.
A question to hold
What can our table offer together that each of us would struggle to offer alone?
A practice to try
Use the table QR to enter the existing live workshop. Take turns sharing, listening, and identifying a small cooperative action.
A step to carry forward
Choose a responsible person and a realistic next step for a voluntary service idea.
Keep the connection growing
During the following week, return to your reflection, try your selected action, and add what you learned. Invite encouragement with consent. Request support through your saved community space.
